   Appeals court allows Florida to enforce law limiting kids' social media use

   A three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday that Florida can enforce a law banning social media accounts for children under 14 and requiring parental consent for some 14–15-year-olds. The panel said the law likely is content-neutral and would probably survive a full legal challenge as it aims to protect minors from social media addiction, and the case returns to federal court in Tallahassee.
