Even Realities G2: privacy-first smart glasses with a discreet heads-up display
Why it matters for readers: If you care about wearable tech without cameras, these glasses show what a subtle heads-up display looks like.
- The G2 use a waveguide-based heads-up display built into the frames, providing a small optical display.1
- Even Realities intentionally designed the G2 without a camera and without speaker-based audio, focusing on privacy.1
- The glasses look like ordinary premium eyewear and are described as discreet enough that others would not guess they are smart glasses.1
- They are not voice- or speaker-centric and are not yet seen by the reviewer as a full replacement for a smartphone.1
