Burma Burma parent Hunger Pangs files DRHP for ₹150 crore fresh IPO issue

Hunger Pangs has filed a DRHP for an IPO with a fresh issue up to ₹150 crore and an OFS of up to 2.79–2.8 crore shares.1
Cofounders and promoters Ankit Gupta and Chirag Chhajer will each sell up to 60 lakh shares through the OFS, alongside other selling shareholders including several angel and fund investors.1
The company plans to spend ₹117.29 crore from the fresh issue to open 27 new company-owned Burma Burma outlets—12 in FY28 and 15 in FY29.1
Hunger Pangs reported operating revenue of ₹155.5 crore in FY26, up 46.6% year-on-year, and a net loss of ₹15.4 crore for FY26.1
